Film Studio

Closer to the release of the movie. The imagined film studio behind all the content will bring out a selection of short pieces such as this that act to recap on parts of the story that have been plotted out over time in the blogs and websites of Byzantium and the Ottomen. I had hoped that these short pieces would be something like the Animatrix series that would reflect upon other elements of this world whilst still being connected. I am currently working on a voiceover for this piece.

  1. Most of the text captions are too small for screen. Move to the comic strip format we discussed

Kind of like this, not the best example, but the best i could find at short notice. Have the individual clips in comic frames and pan the camera - this should allow you to emphasise the narrative text when required

  2. i agree with what inkwelldesign said and want to add that they sometimes didn't stay long enough to read. In some cases the words disappeared before i'd finished reading the first few words after locating where the text had moved to this time or before the film content obscured them to the point where i couldn't read them due to lack of sufficient contrast(like when the car came forwards)
